Fenerbahce reached an agreement with Archie Brown

Transfer work continues at Fenerbahçe ahead of the new season.

The yellow-dark blue team reached an agreement with Belgian team Gent's 23-year-old English left-back Archie Brown and his club.

The Yellow-Navy Blues invited the English footballer to Istanbul to undergo medical checks and sign the official contract.

Brown will arrive in Istanbul within the day.

Milan also stepped in and submitted a formal offer for Brown. However, Brown reportedly preferred Fenerbahçe, which met his financial demands.

Brown, who played 32 matches in the Belgian league for Gent last season, scored 1 goal and 3 assists.
