Here are the best-selling premium brands in August

Journalist Emre Özpeynirci shared a post on his X account on September 3rd, saying, “With sales of 90,776 units and a market share of 13.87% in the January-August period, the premium (luxury) segment constitutes one-seventh of the total market.”

The gap between the two Germans in luxury has narrowed to 531 points!

With sales of 90,776 units and a market share of 13.87% in the January-August period, the premium (luxury) segment accounts for one-seventh of the total market.

BMW (20,741 units) and Mercedes (20,210 units) are neck and neck. BMW leads by a small margin, but Mercedes outsold BMW in August. The race for the top spot is sure to be very close at year's end.

Audi (15,163) is in third place but has a significant gap to the top two.

Volvo (7,950) and Cupra (7,291) share fourth and fifth place, both maintaining their momentum in recent years.

Model Based

The best-selling model was the BMW X1 (8,156), followed by the MINI Countryman (6,662) and the Jaecoo 7 (5,250).

On the Mercedes side, the E-Class (3,439) and C-Class (3,264) are strong.”
