On September 26 and 27, Vyborg will host National Hockey League (NHL) Championship matches between teams from the Leningrad Region and the city of Cherepovets, the Vyborg Municipal District administration press service reported.

The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM. Fans and spectators will be welcomed at the Ice Palace at 103 Leningradskoe Shosse.

The Championship is aimed at achieving the objectives of the state program "Sport of Russia".
