Kirov athletes conquered the Moscow Caiman

The All-Russian Kyokushin Karate Tournament concluded triumphantly in the Russian capital, bringing together more than 500 athletes from across the country.

Among the participants, the students from Sports School No. 4 in Kirov particularly distinguished themselves, demonstrating a high level of training and a will to win.
Following two days of intense competition, the Kirov team won an impressive collection of medals: 5 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze. Alexandra Tokmalaeva, Kirill Ilyin, Dmitry Makarov, Artem Vorobyov, and Ekaterina Shemina excelled, their victories making a significant contribution to the team's overall success.
Thanks to the brilliant performance of their students, the Kirov Region team took a respectable third place in the overall team standings, behind only the recognized leaders – the teams from Moscow and the Moscow Region.
This result was a real achievement for the Kirov karate school and confirmation of the high level of training of the athletes.
In addition to medals, Kirov karatekas were also recognized in individual categories.
Dmitry Makarov successfully achieved the Candidate Master of Sport qualification, marking a significant step in his athletic career. Lyubov Bakina was named the tournament's best fighter, demonstrating her skill and tactical acumen on the mat. Artem Sadakov received a cash prize as the competition's most effective competitor, demonstrating outstanding athletic performance.
It's worth noting that Kirov athletes train under the watchful eye of experienced coach and instructor Artem Zagrebin, who invests a great deal of effort and knowledge into his students. His professionalism and dedication help the students of School No. 4 achieve high results and bring glory to the Kirov karate school on the national stage.
