Portimonense claim their second pre-season win against English side Coventry

Portimonense , from the Portuguese Football League II, achieved their second victory of the pre-season on Saturday, July 12, beating Coventry, from the English second division, 2-0, in a friendly match played behind closed doors at the Estádio Municipal de Portimão.
Midfielder Samuel Lobato, one of the 14 reinforcements already secured by the Algarve team, paved the way for victory with a goal at the start of the second half, in the 48th minute.
In the 75th minute, South Korean midfielder Kim Tae-Won 'sealed' the victory over the Championship team, managed by former England international Frank Lampard.
Portimonense have two wins in two pre-season games, after beating Scottish side Aberdeen by the same score (2-0) last week.
The Algarve team, led by new coach Tiago Fernandes, will face Sporting on Wednesday, behind closed doors, in Lagos, and Fenerbahçe, led by José Mourinho, on Thursday, in Albufeira .
The Portimão team makes its debut in the II Liga at home against Penafiel, in a game scheduled for the weekend of August 9th and 10th.
