Arouca has officially signed Mateo Flores, a 21-year-old Spanish midfielder, on loan with an option to buy, from Betis.

A native of Seville, the young player completed his entire youth development with Betis and was promoted to the senior squad last season, participating in the club's run to the UEFA Conference League final. In total, he made 17 appearances and provided one assist across various competitions.

Mateo Flores arrives initially on loan until the end of the season, but with the possibility of becoming a permanent transfer if the clause is activated by the Wolves. The Spaniard will wear the number 46 jersey, in what will be his first experience outside his hometown.
