Does history repeat itself? Amorim already smiled in the Manchester derby with this eleven

Manchester United are preparing to visit their rivals Manchester City this Sunday in what is one of the most anticipated games in the Premier League , counting towards the fourth round of the competition.

Going back to the last duel between rivals at the Etihad, there was a dramatic victory for Ruben Amorim's team, as well as the Portuguese Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes , the result of a comeback achieved at the last minute, against the team of the Portuguese Rúben Dias, Matheus Nunes and Bernardo Silva , on December 15, 2024.

After Josko Gvardiol's opening goal (36'), a penalty from Bruno Fernandes (88') allowed the equalizer and a goal from Amad Diallo, in the 90th minute, sealed the three points for the team of the former Sporting coach , approximately a month after leaving Alvalade to head to the Premier League.
