Paris FC in the spotlight. The football community, gathered at the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris on Monday, April 28, rewarded the best players of the 2024-2025 season . This ninth edition, the first under the auspices of the Professional Women's Football League (LFFP) , officially created on July 1, 2024, saw Paris FC become the only team to win two distinctions in the Arkéma Première Ligue.

The title of best player was awarded to Clara Mateo . Having arrived at the club in 2016 (Paris FC was born in 2017 with the absorption of FCF Juvisy), the 27-year-old striker had her best season with 18 goals this season. The Parisian striker thus brings home this title, which has been retained for four years by PSG. The Parisian club also leaves with the title of best coach for Sandrine Soubeyrand. At 51, the one who has already been crowned in 2022, was in competition with Sébastien Joseph (Dijon FCO) and Joe Montemurro (Olympique Lyonnais). The former French international managed to lead her team to the final of the Coupe de France femmes, which will take place on May 3 in Calais against Paris-Saint-Germain.

Christiane Endler was awarded the Best Goalkeeper trophy. The 33-year-old is taking home this distinction for the fifth time in her career, after the 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions. " The Chilean international has conceded only six goals in 17 league appearances (13 clean sheets), thus largely contributing to preserving the unbeaten run of the Rhône (nineteen wins, two draws)," wrote the French Football Federation (FFF) .

The title of revelation of the season was awarded to 19-year-old PSG left-back Tara Elimbi Gilbert. The best goal went to Nantes' Manon Uffren, with her lob from over 35 meters against Le Havre. The referees were also in the spotlight on Monday, with Alexandra Collin, the best referee of the season, already crowned in 2023. Clémentine Dubreil won the Arkema Première Ligue best assistant referee trophy. Finally, in the Seconde Ligue, Maëva Salomon (Le Mans FC), Blandine Joly (RC Lens), and Sarah M'Barek (RC Lens) respectively won the trophies for best player, goalkeeper, and coach.
