U20 Balkan Athletics Championships: Türkiye wins 15 medals

Türkiye won 15 medals, five of which were gold, at the Under-20 Balkan Athletics Championships in Romania.
According to the statement of the Turkish Athletics Federation (TAF), athletes from 16 countries competed in the organization in Craiova.
Türkiye, represented in the championship by 32 athletes in 30 disciplines, has the following medal count:
- Five gold coins
- Three silver coins
- Seven bronze
The national team finished second overall in the Balkans with 143 points. Host Romania took first place with 154 points, while Greece came in third with 137.5 points.

Gold: Koray Uygun (110m hurdles), Hamza Yaşın (1500m), Hasan Can Akdemir (3000m hurdles), Rabiye Çiçek (Javelin throw), Yasir Kuduban (High jump)
Silver: İrem Yiğit (100-meter hurdles), Havva Efe (3000 meters), Aleyna Karabulut (Triple jump)
Bronze: Furkan Kanlı (3000 meters), Muhammed Ağgün (800 meters), İran İnce (1500 meters), Nisa Nur Özdemir (Hammer throw), Sümeyye Nur Şirin (Discus throw), 4×100 meter women's relay team (İrem Yiğit-Ekin Yurttaş-Zeynep Kaya-İrem Yıldırım), 4×100 meter men's relay team (Koray Uygun-Emre Ergün-Buğra Güleryüz-Toprak Ege Özdemir)
