Toprak, the first Turkish motorcyclist to compete in MotoGP, will step on the gas for new successes

Having finished third in the final race of the World Superbike Championship season in Spain and climbed to the top step of the podium for the third time, Red Bull athlete Toprak is experiencing the excitement of being the first Turkish athlete to compete in MotoGP, the most important event in motorcycle racing.
The national motorcyclist, who will begin preparations for this event in Spain in November, wants to reflect his success in Superbike to MotoGP.
As the champion, Toprak will race stronger and more motivated in MotoGP and will step on the gas for new successes in this challenging track, where he will compete for the first time.
"THE GOALS ARE BIG, WE WILL REACH THEM STEP BY STEP"
Toprak Razgatlıoğlu told an AA reporter that he started Superbike with the dream of becoming a one-time champion and that he was fortunate enough to win three world championships.
"Superbike was what made me a true dirt bike," said the national motorcyclist, adding that the success he achieved with BMW had brightened his future and that he would be the first Turkish athlete to compete in MotoGP.
Toprak emphasized that the important thing in this championship isn't just racing, but also achieving success. He said, "Our biggest goal is to be a successful pilot, a successful Turkish athlete there. People always dream, and we have a MotoGP dream. If all goes well, I want to add the GP championship to my career. Time will tell."
Toprak stated that he wanted to be a champion when he moved on to MotoGP and that he had achieved this, and explained that he would participate in this event with motivation and that his tests would begin in three weeks.
Toprak stated that he aims to make a strong start in MotoGP, saying, "We'll be riding a different bike, and the acclimation process will be much longer. I'm actually looking at this year as a period of acclimation, but I think 2027 will be different. Our goals are ambitious, and hopefully, we'll achieve them step by step. Our goal is always the world championship. I'll say the first year of MotoGP is a year of preparation and learning. 2027 could be even different. Everyone is ready to do their best. We'll work even harder and strive for the best."
