Due to the estate case pending before our court, a request has been made for the liquidation of the estate of Attilla Üren, whose Turkish ID number is 53632050554. Pursuant to Articles 620, 621, and 634 of the Turkish Civil Code (TCC), it is hereby announced that anyone with information about the deceased's financial situation, his/her heirs, and those who owe creditors to the deceased and those who owe debts to the deceased (including creditors and debtors due to surety bonds) must submit information about the deceased's assets to our Court's file numbered above within one month of the date of the second announcement. Creditors and debtors must report their receivables and debts to the file, along with supporting documentation. Those who fail to provide information without a justified reason or provide inaccurate or incomplete information will be liable to compensate the heirs, guardians, or third parties for any resulting damages. Creditors who fail to notify and register their receivables within the time limit cannot claim rights from the estate pursuant to Article 629 of the TCC.
