Galatasaray increased its capital by 8.1 billion liras

Galatasaray announced a capital increase of 8.1 billion lira.
In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımlar AŞ, it was stated that the paid-in capital increase was made with the decision of the board of directors.
According to the notification, it was decided to increase the existing capital of 5.4 billion lira within the registered capital ceiling of 27 billion lira by 8.1 billion lira (150 percent) to 13.5 billion lira.
The funds to be obtained through the capital increase will be used for the following payments:
- 80 percent: Turkish Banks Association
- 15 percent: football player, technical team and transfer fee
- 5 Percent Tax
