David Jurasek on Beşiktaş: I never hesitated

Czech left-back David Jurasek, who was added to Beşiktaş's squad from Portuguese team Benfica, said, "I did not hesitate at all when the offer came."

The 24-year-old left-back, who was loaned to the Black and Whites with a purchase option, expressed his feelings with the words , "I am happy and proud to have received a transfer offer from Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş is a big club, with a big history. I did not hesitate at all when the offer came."

Jurasek, who will be the fourth Czech player to play for Beşiktaş after Tomas Sivok, Tomas Zapotocny and Tomas Jun, said the following on Beşiktaş's YouTube channel:

"I know Sivok is doing important things here. I never get tired, I run throughout the match and I do the best I can on the field.

I played half a season with Rafa Silva and Joao Mario at Benfica. I hope they will support me during my adaptation period.

"I watched some videos of the fans and read about the decibel record being broken in the stadium. I can't wait to see that atmosphere."

Jurasek, who was on loan at Bundesliga side Hoffenheim last season and played in 21 matches, did not score a goal but made three assists.
