Chelsea, the biggest club in the world! Cole Palmer single-handedly dismantled PSG

France's Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and England's Chelsea faced off in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USA. Chelsea won the match 3-0 and took the trophy home.

Cole Palmer, who finished the final with 2 goals and 1 assist, was selected as the player of the match.

Chelsea, who played a magnificent first half against reigning Champions League champions PSG, took the lead in the 22nd minute through Cole Palmer. After receiving a pass from Malo Gusto, Cole Palmer made his way into the penalty area, faked two opponents, and slotted home a shot. Chelsea, who were practically giving their opponents no time, doubled their lead in the 30th minute with another goal from Cole Palmer. In the 43rd minute, Joao Pedro capitalized on a through ball sent by Cole Palmer behind the defense and tripled his lead with a lobbed shot.

The first half ended with Chelsea leading 3-0.

PSG, despite making a concerted effort to reduce the deficit in the second half, were unable to break through Robert Sanchez's chances. Joao Neves was sent off in the 86th minute after pulling Marc Cucurella's hair off the ball, following a warning from the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).

Managing to maintain the score advantage in the remaining minutes, Chelsea won the match 3-0 and managed to win the FIFA Club World Cup after the UEFA Conference League.

The British team also won the championship trophy for the second time in this organization after 2022.
