According to a statement on Benfica's official website , the two clubs agreed on Aktürkoğlu's transfer for "€22.5 million + €2.5 million bonus."

The statement said:

“A preliminary agreement has been reached with Fenerbahçe regarding the transfer of Kerem Aktürkoğlu.

The agreement in question envisages a definitive transfer of €22.5 million, with the addition of a variable fee depending on the goals. Therefore, the transfer amount could reach €25 million.

Galatasaray sold Aktürkoğlu to Benfica for 12 million euros in September last season.

According to the agreement, the Portuguese team would give Galatasaray 10 percent of the profit from the subsequent sale if Aktürkoğlu were to transfer to another club.

Benfica also announced that they informed Galatasaray for this reason.

So, according to the agreement, at least 1.3 million euros will enter Galatasaray's coffers due to the transfer.
