The Kontinental Hockey League, using "smart statistics" technology, compiled two rankings of the most accurate passes. One lists the top 10 defensemen, the other the top 10 forwards.

Among the top ten most accurate forwards in the KHL since the start of the season, five players from South Ural clubs have emerged. Magnitogorsk Metallurg forward Dmitry Silantyev tops the list with a passing accuracy of 90.98%. Traktor forward Vasily Glotov is third with 89.52%. Nikita Mikhailis and Daniil Vovchenko of Metallurg are fourth and fifth in the KHL passing accuracy rankings among forwards, both with 88.89%. Sixth place goes to Magnitogorsk forward Vladimir Tkachev (88.48%).

Among the most accurate defensemen, South Ural hockey players had fewer players. In second place in this top 10 is Magnitogorsk Metallurg player Robin Press (91.58% pass completion rate), while Traktor defenseman Grigory Dronov came in ninth (89.58%).

In terms of absolute assist percentages, Metallurg players Robin Press (272 successful assists, 2nd place in the KHL) and Alexei Maklyukov (199 successful assists, 7th place) are among the top 10 defensemen. Among the South Ural forwards, only Vladimir Tkachev (192 successful assists, 4th place) is among the top 10, based on absolute assist percentages.
