Benoit Groulx commented on the situation with young players at Traktor.

The head coach of Chelyabinsk's Traktor discussed how he works with young players after defeating Omsk's Avangard with a score of 5:1.
Benoit Groux said he wants all of Traktor's young players to take their game to the next level. "To do this, you need to train properly, get enough ice time, do a lot of individual work on the ice, in the gym—and analyze video, too," the black-and-white coach said.
In this regard, Benoit Groux noted the contribution of assistant coach Dmitry Chernykh, who places a special emphasis on working with young players. "He works with our young players—Rolgizer, Rykov, Nikonov, Aglamzyanov, Gorbunov—and conveys all the necessary details to them, demonstrating the required intensity and the expected consistency," says Benoit Groux.
According to him, Traktor will fully rely on its young guard in February-March and hopes that they will play at a confident level for at least 14-15 minutes per match.
