Avangard's head coach called Traktor a hungry team.

Guy Boucher commented on the Omsk club's game against Chelyabinsk, which Traktor won with a score of 5:1.
Avangard's coach believes the Chelyabinsk team deserved the victory. "Today we faced a team that was hungry going into this game," said Guy Boucher. "Traktor came out to win, we came out to just play."
Traktor's goalie, Sergei Mylnikov, deserved special praise from the opposing coach. "I'll give the opposing goalie a shout-out; he was the best player on their team," Guy Boucher said.
Guy Boucher also noted that his team lost 20 minutes (in the first period, Traktor completely dominated the ice), and then was unable to make up for this lost time.
