On June 22, 2023, Athletico made official and public the transfer of naming rights of Arena da Baixada to the telecommunications company Ligga Telecom. For a 15-year contract, Furacão would receive the amount of R$13.3 million per year, totaling R$200 million, with a readjustment clause.

And, for this reason, president Mario Celso Petraglia paid tribute to himself by saying: “Today a dream comes true, a dream shared by many advisors, Atlético fans, but, mainly, by someone who envisioned, to reach a day of glory, naming rights”.
The dream of Atlético fans, and especially Petraglia, is about to turn into a nightmare. For some reason, which is not a lack of money, Ligga Telecom has stopped paying its debts regularly. Athletico has already notified Ligga of the amount that is said to be in arrears: R$70 million.
If it is not a lack of money, what is the reason why Ligga is not paying? Some say that the change of the stadium's name to Mario Celso Petraglia and, in particular, Athletico's relegation to the Second Division, would be motivating the company to review the value of the contract.

Athletico is reportedly already preparing to take action to terminate the contract with losses and damages.
In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus teaches his disciples that alms must be given in secret, “so as not to appear too kind before men.”
From the biblical teaching, arose the proverb attributed to Father Antonio Vieira and which Brazilian mothers use to distrust their children: “When the alms are too much, the saint becomes suspicious.”
Everything with Mario Celso Petraglia always ends up in court.
