Lara Gomes and Fábio Domingos need financial support to go to the World Cup

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, will host the 2025 Junior Muay Thai World Championship from September 10th to 20th, a competition featuring the world's elite and featuring two top talents from Aveiro, Lara Gomes and Fábio Domingos. Both were selected by the national coach, Miguel Marques, also from Aveiro, who trains them at the First Round Aveiro academy. However, their participation in the competition is not guaranteed, as the Portuguese Kickboxing and Muay Thai Federation does not have the funds to cover the high costs of participating in the important competition for Lara Gomes, 16, and Fábio Domingos, 15. For travel, accommodation and food, the budget per athlete exceeds 3,000 euros, and it is this amount that is jeopardizing the two athletes' presence at the World Cup, as these are expenses that their families cannot fully bear.
