Sport
For the second year in a row, Choupalinho will crown the national kayak polo champions and Clube Fluvial de Coimbra (CFC) is close to renewing the title.
The Coimbra team dominates the sport's history in Portugal, with eight titles won in 10 editions of the championship, and is looking to add a ninth trophy to its collection.
"We're proud to be returning to Coimbra for this fourth stage. The Portuguese Canoe Federation has placed its trust in us once again, and we're going to host the sport's final celebration once again," said the CFC president.
Sports director and player, Sérgio Bento, admits that “the organization is routine and the machine is set” for another successful organization.
In terms of sport, he admits that "all the ingredients are ready and the team is well-versed in the senior category to be able to, once again, win the national title."
