André Silva dedicates São Paulo's comeback goal to Luciano

In São Paulo , there is no vanity. This is the message that the Tricolor Paulista players passed on in the comeback against Grêmio by 2 to 1, this Saturday (17), at Morumbis, in round 9 of this edition of the Brazilian Championship. After all, in the penalty kick, Luciano gave up on taking it so that André Silva could be consecrated. Of course, after the battle, there was an acknowledgement of the author of the winning goal.
"Luciano asked for the ball and was ready to take it (in fact, he was the one who won the penalty). But then he handed it to me. We are a group. This is how we showed our strength. I want to dedicate this goal to him. Unity is our hallmark," highlighted André Silva.
The goal scorer then refused to talk about the secret behind his shots. Instead, he briefly analyzed the match against Grêmio.
"We knew it would be difficult. Despite the mistake in Grêmio's goal, we played good football. However, we need to be more organized," recalled the player.
With 12 points, São Paulo is in ninth place in the Brazilian Championship. In the competition, the team returns to the field on the 24th, next Saturday, against Mirassol, also at Morumbis.
