The Women's Volleyball Youth World Championship will run from August 7 to 17. The tournament is taking place in Indonesia's second largest city, Surabaya, located on the eastern part of the island of Java.

The Polish national team started the championship almost perfectly, handily defeating the Egyptians, thrashing them 3-0.
The Polish national team is playing in Group C. The team, led by coach Miłosz Majka, will face Turkey (August 8), Italy (August 9), Algeria (August 11) and the Czech Republic (August 12) in the next group stage matches.
The Poland vs. Türkiye match will start on Friday, August 8 at 9:00 AM.
