The 35-year-old player scored in the hosts' net in the first half's stoppage time, making it 1-0. He was substituted in the 85th minute. Piotr Janczukowicz played for the Paralimni team until the 72nd minute.
Anorthosis is in seventh place in the Cypriot Premier League with 36 points. Krychowiak signed a contract with the club at the end of September 2024.
The experienced footballer spent the previous two seasons in the Saudi league - with Al-Shabab and Abha Club, which was relegated from the local top league in the last season. He was later a free agent.
He played 100 matches for the Polish national team. In the past, he played for Reims, Sevilla, Paris Saint-Germain, Lokomotiv Moscow and AEK Athens.
