Ewa Pajor spoke after the match with Germany. She regrets it
— We fought from the very beginning to the very end and we are proud of how we presented ourselves. We went into this match with great faith, courage and unity. This is the characteristic of our team. You can see on the pitch how each team fights for each other, how much they support each other. Of course, there were moments when we were forced into defense, but you could see our discipline and fight until the very end. We want to show the same in the next matches — said Ewa Pajor in the mixed zone.
It's hard to disagree. The Polish team left their hearts on the pitch and performed well beyond expectations. Ultimately, they lost 0:2, but they left the stadium with their heads held high. Especially since they not only defended, but also had their very good situations.
— I could have tried better with my left foot, but that's football. There's a split second in which you have to make a decision. And unfortunately we didn't score a goal today. But there were a few situations in which we could have done it — Pajor summed up, and when asked what she regrets, she replied: Maybe those missed situations, but also that Jule Brandt had the shot of her life. After that goal, the energy dropped a bit.

The stands in St. Gallen were packed with fans. There was no shortage of those in white and red colors. "When we were leaving for the match, I looked to the right, it was beautiful. I still get goosebumps because it was white and red. We felt the support throughout the match and we are grateful for that," said the captain.
— I hope that after these European Championships, both fans and journalists and everyone in Poland will believe in women's football, that it will develop. We want to inspire these little girls who watched us today — she added.
