AZ extends contract with goalkeeper Owusu-Oduro until 2030

AZ has extended the contract of goalkeeper Rome-Jayden Owusu-Oduro until the summer of 2030. This was reported by the Alkmaar club.
The 21-year-old Owusu-Oduro went through the youth academy of AZ and grew to become the goalkeeper of the first team. "You see the plan that AZ has: AZ has confidence in me, I have confidence in AZ. Then it is not difficult to say 'yes'. For me it is now important to keep this season with much more experience and much more courage", the goalkeeper reacts to his contract extension.
Owusu-Oduro is a youth international. He had to miss the European Championship with the Dutch Juniors last month because he was injured.
