Pachuca's Tuzas suffered their first defeat of the 2025 Apertura tournament of the Liga MX Femenil, after falling 1-2 to Toluca at Hidalgo Stadium. The goals for the scarlet team came from Dutch player Shanice van de Sanden (left) and French player Faustine Robert. In another match, Santos Laguna surprised by defeating Guadalajara 2-1 with goals from Lia Romero and Nigerian player Sandra Nabweteme.
