América vs. Cruz Azul: Date, time, and broadcast of the 2025 Clausura Semifinal Second Leg

The Clásico Joven will live a new chapter this Sunday, May 18 , when América and Cruz Azul face each other in the second leg of the Semifinals of the 2025 Clausura Tournament of the Liga MX .

The only goal of the match was scored by Uruguayan Ignacio Rivero in the 59th minute, following a corner kick taken by Argentine Carlos Rotondi.

Despite being down a man in the 65th minute due to Rivero's expulsion, Cruz Azul managed to maintain their lead and control of the match.

América , the three-time champion, eliminated Pachuca with an aggregate score of 2-0 and has maintained a perfect record in the playoffs since May 2023 .

However, in the first leg of this semi-final , he failed to capitalise on his offensive opportunities after Rivero was sent off.
