Florian Wirtz's transfer is a done deal. Liverpool have reached a verbal agreement with Bayer Leverkusen on a €150 million package, including additional services. Nothing now stands in the way of the contract being signed.

Liverpool FC has reached an agreement with Leverkusen in the poker game for Florian Wirtz. As well-informed transfer expert Fabrizio Romano announced on Tuesday evening, the "Reds" are putting together a €150 million package, including benefits, for the winger's services.

Wirtz is expected to complete his medical examinations shortly and then sign his new contract.

According to a Kicker report, Leverkusen recently rejected Liverpool's second offer . This was reportedly a fixed fee of €118 million plus €12 million in bonus payments. According to the report, Liverpool offered €100 million plus €15 million in additional payments in the first round of negotiations.

Last year, Bayer CEO Fernando Carro publicly stated that €150 million would be the minimum fee for Wirtz. Liverpool are now putting that amount on the table for Wirtz. The transfer is complete.
