'You Can Stand Tall'- Tipperary Minor Manager Praised For Inspirational Team Talk

Cork defeated Tipperary by 2-17 to 0-20 in Monday night's Munster minor football championship semi-final to progress to a final with old foes Kerry.
That doesn't tell the full story though. Cork were pushed all the way by a gallant Tipperary side who were eventually seen off in extra time following a fantastic showing from both sides.
A Joe Miskella goal with just 35 seconds left in extra time was the winning of the game for the Rebels.

Tipperary manager Michael Donnellan was not let down by his troops, they battled manfully and left everything they had on the Semple Stadium pitch in their defeat to Cork.
Donnellan's final team talk of the year could easily have been a very downbeat thank you to players and management and everybody would walk away with their heads down, Instead chose to lift his players. And he did so on the pitch, with family and media members within earshot

Not to be outdone, Cork manager Keith Ricken also gave a fantastic post-match interview with Clubber TV.
Ricken praised both side's level of application in a wonderful game of football that he said he'd liked to have seen go on all night.
He commended the resilience of both sides and their willingness to keep going throughout the match. Ricken made reference to how these groups of players may often be referred to as the "Snowflake generation".
He quickly made light of that "I saw nothing melt out here anyway, there was no puddles of water out here".
