The championship is held in Liverpool, England.

The national athlete dominated all rounds and advanced to the quarterfinals by winning the match 5-0.
Çakıroğlu will face Zareen Nikhat from India in the quarter-finals tomorrow.
Competing in the 60-kilogram category in the championship, national athlete Gizem Özer was disqualified before advancing to the last 16 rounds due to a cold sore on her lip.
The doctors responsible for not allowing Özer to enter the ring during routine health checks in the morning were disqualified under the article in the health instructions that states, "The athlete will be disqualified due to the possibility of potentially contagious herpes and bacterial infections on the skin."
Two more boxers were disqualified today for the same reason.
