The notification sent to the known addresses of the debtor company and to the address "Karaağaç Mah. Uğur Mumucu Cad. No: 21/A Arsuz/Hatay" mentioned in the trade registry record was returned due to the demolition of the building. It was decided that the enforcement order regarding the Conversion of the Mortgage into Cash of Sample 6 be publicly served by the Hatay Enforcement Civil Court with the decision dated 01/07/2025 and numbered 2025/262E, 2025/358K.

In accordance with Article 149 of the EBL, it is hereby announced that the payment must be deposited to the IBAN numbered TR310001500158007300893922 (T. Vakıflar Bankası TAO) of the enforcement office that sent the enforcement order within 30 days from the date of notification of this enforcement order, and that if the debt is not paid within this period or if the enforcement court does not issue a decision to postpone the enforcement, the creditor's right to request the sale of the immovable property will replace the enforcement order, and in accordance with Article 52 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Notification Law, the notification date will be deemed to have been made at discretion 15 days after the last announcement date.
