Fenerbahçe Vice President Hamdi Akın: Our stadium will have three floors with the addition of stands

Fenerbahçe Vice President Hamdi Akın said , "There will be additions behind the goalposts and to the Maraton and Fenerium stands. This will give our stadium a three-story structure."

Akın spoke on Fenerbahçe TV about the yellow-navy blue club's exit from the Banks Association, the agreements with Emlak Konut, the latest status of the facilities, lands and details of new projects.
Akın, stating that they are working on the biggest investment and construction move in Fenerbahçe’s history and that the entire project is an investment move of 800-850 million euros (approximately 38 billion 464 million to 40 billion 868 million lira), summarized the financial work as follows:
* The debt owed to the Banking Union, which had been approximately 347 million euros to date, has now fallen to 69 million. We published the May tables. It appears to be 82, but as of today, at the end of August, it has reached 69 million.
* These have been brought to this state without selling any assets or land, with payments made entirely from Fenerbahçe's sports or advertising revenues, broadcasting revenues, licensed product sales revenues, stadium revenues, etc.
* Our debt, which was 69 million at that time, may have decreased to 60 million now because all our income still goes there.
* These issues were discussed under Ziraat Bank's leadership, and a protocol was signed. Within the framework of this protocol, the collateral will be changed. They will release these collateral, meaning they will no longer touch Fenerbahçe's revenue. They will take the money from the construction project as collateral, leaving us completely free.
* We've more or less decided what we'll do with the stadium's structural and architectural plans. We've now submitted our plan to the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Why are we waiting for permission? This is their property, not ours.
* 5,000 to 5,500-seat stands will be added behind the goal, and 2,500-seat stands will be added to the Marathon and Fenerium stands. This will triple the stadium's size.
* Our Maltepe land is a potential future for Fenerbahçe. We have 120 to 130 acres of land there, right across from our Samandıra facilities.
* We will invest approximately €70 million or more here. We will build brand new, gleaming facilities equipped with all the latest technology, where the senior team and youth teams can live together.
The land in Dereğazı has been handed over to the contractor, and the tender has been held. We are building a substantial volleyball training field with a €6 million investment. Groundbreaking preparations are underway.
* We expect revenue of between 50 and 70 million euros from the Kenan Evren land. Once that revenue arrives, we will use it to expand our stadium.
* We will be launching a housing campaign on our Kayışdağı land, and similarly, we will be undertaking a housing project with Emlak Konut. With the revenue from that project, we will build our Football Academy on our Maltepe land.
* Fenerbahçe hasn't experienced such a period. We're creating nearly €800 million in value; that's the magnitude I'm talking about. All of these projects I mentioned represent an investment of €800-850 million.
* We expect €375 million in revenue in 2025. Our debt, if you add up our total liabilities, is €400-450 million. With new transfers, this could reach €500 million, but our annual revenue is €375 million.
