Fenerbahçe officially announced Edson Alvarez!

Fenerbahçe has signed midfielder Edson Alvarez. The club has signed the Mexican international on loan until the end of the 2025-2026 season, with an option to purchase.

Director of Football Devin Özek made a statement following Edson Alvarez's signing. Speaking after the signing ceremony at the Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex at Chobani Stadium, Özek said, "We have signed Edson Alvarez, the captain of the Mexican national team. He is strong, intelligent, and has high-level international experience. We are delighted to welcome him to our club."

Edson Alvarez, sharing his feelings, said, "First of all, thank you. The interest from both the club and the fans over the past few days has been incredible. I want to train with my team as soon as possible, meet our fans at our stadium, and play in front of them."
