Beşiktaş applies to TFF for a foreign referee!

The derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe in the 25th week of the Super League was officiated by Slovenian referee Slavko Vincic. Following the match, Beşiktaş also took action.

The Black and Whites applied to the TFF to have foreign referees refereed for their matches against both Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.

SERDAL ADALI EXPLAINED

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı, in his statement after the Eyüpspor match, stated that they wanted Slavko Vincic as the referee for the Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe matches.

Adalı said, "Our federation president made a statement, I haven't had time to fully review it. Although we have been very upset about the referee issue, we stated that we trust Turkish referees. With this latest decision, regarding the appointment of a foreign referee for the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe match, we want the same referee for both the matches we will play with Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. The federation should take the necessary initiatives now. Since such a path has been opened, we also want to see the same referee for the matches we will play with Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.
