Allegations that two DEVA Party members are switching to CHP

DEVA Party Istanbul Deputy Evrim Rızvanoğlu and Tekirdağ Deputy Cem Avşar, who were nominated and elected as MPs from the CHP lists in the 2023 general elections, announced their resignation from their parties in a statement on their social media accounts on June 27.
"ÖZGÜR ÖZEL WILL ANNOUNCES THEIR SWITCH TO CHP ON WEDNESDAY"While people are wondering when the CHP will announce the MPs who were previously announced to join the CHP, journalist Hilal Köylü shared some breaking behind-the-scenes information on the matter.
Köylü announced in a video post on his social media account that the two deputies would be announced at the "National Will Stands by Its Will" rally to be organized by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel in Bakırköy on Wednesday.
Reminding that the two deputies resigned from their parties and became independent deputies, Köylü used the following statements in his video post:
"Evrim Rızvanoğlu and Cem Avşar are both expected to join the CHP in the coming days. Rızvanoğlu will be speaking to the public at the rally in Bakırköy on Wednesday, where Özgür Özel will be present... Group meetings can no longer be held in Parliament. There is an expectation. Cem Avşar will also join there.
The DEVA Party, with 15 deputies, entered Parliament on the CHP lists. Six deputies resigned: Selma Aliye Kavaf and Seda Kaya Özer. Two joined the CHP and resigned from there. Two remained independents, and two more independents are passing. Four deputies are DEVA members and are now joining the CHP.
