Moreirense will decide on May 31st whether to sell majority stake in SAD to Bournemouth owners
Moreirense members will vote on the sale of the majority of SAD to the Black Knight Football Club group on May 31st at an extraordinary General Meeting.
The proposal foresees the transfer of 62.5 to 70% of the share capital to the fund led by North American businessman Bill Foley.
It should be remembered that this group includes, among others, the English team Bournemouth.
Black Knight Football Club also acquired Auckland FC from New Zealand and has minority stakes in French side Lorient and Scottish Premier League side Hibernian.
The fund also has partnerships with Kyoto Sanga, from Japan, and Orlando City, from MLS.RR.pt
