Juventude announces the hiring of coach Claudio Tencati

Juventude announced, this Tuesday (13), the hiring of coach Claudio Tencati. His contract will initially be until the rest of the season. The Gauchos had to pay the coach's termination fee with Atlético-GO , whose contract would run until the end of 2025.

At 51 years old, Tencati arrives to replace Fábio Matias after the 5-0 defeat to Fortaleza last Saturday (10). The new commander, in fact, classified the proposal as "irrefusable" in justification for his departure from the Goiás club, which plays in the Brazilian Series B.

The coach, who has worked for Londrina, Criciúma, Brasil de Pelotas and Vitória, arrives in Caxias do Sul this Wednesday (14) to be introduced and meet the squad, in addition to leading his first training session. Aléssio Antunes and Lucas Leme arrive as assistants.

Juventude is in 18th place, with seven points, two less than São Paulo, the first team above the relegation zone of the Brazilian Championship. Papo returns to the field next Sunday (18), when it hosts Fluminense at 4 pm (Brasília time), at the Alfredo Jaconi Stadium.
