Fluminense makes four changes to the South American squad list

On Friday (8), Fluminense made four changes to the list of players registered for the round of 16 of the South American. After all, according to the regulations, the new athletes inherit the numbering of those who left the official list.

Thus, Soteldo, signed in the extra window before the Club World Cup in the United States, takes the place of Renato Augusto, who left the club after talking to the board.

Announced last Friday (8), Luciano Acosta will inherit the place of Jhon Arias, who signed with Wolverhampton, England, while John Kennedy takes the place of Keven Samuel. In addition to them, Murilo Fleck will take the place that was held by Gustavo Ramalho.

The Argentine, who arrived in Rio de Janeiro last Thursday (7) to sign a permanent contract until the end of 2028, arrives at Dallas FC (USA) and is already regularized.

Coach Renato Gaúcho's team begins the round of 16 of the South American next Tuesday (12), at 9:30 pm (Brasília time). They face América de Cali at the Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadium, in Colombia. The return game takes place on the 19th (Tuesday), also at 9:30 pm, at Maracanã.
