Kowalczyk began his foreign adventure after just 39 appearances for ŁKS Łódź. The promising midfielder quickly caught the attention of scouts from the eleven-time Danish champions and came to Denmark. In mid-2023, he moved to Brondby for 1.2 million euros, but failed to make a permanent appearance in the first team, making just three appearances.

The solution to this stalemate was a loan to GKS Katowice, where the 20-year-old midfielder found a place for himself to play regularly. His presence on the pitch brings results, as confirmed by three goals scored and four assists. GKS Katowice, benefiting from his sporting talents, can also count on financial benefits if they decide to buy the player.
