In the opening round of the fourth PlusLiga season, Indykpol AZS Olsztyn defeated Energa Trefl Gdańsk 3-1. Thursday's second match featured a thrilling clash between PGE Projekt Warszawa and Asseco Resovia. In a clash of two previously undefeated teams, the Rzeszów team put in a commanding performance, winning in three sets.

Fourteen teams will participate in the 2025/2026 PlusLiga season. They will play two rounds (one match and the second leg) in the regular season, with the top eight teams advancing to the playoffs. PlusLiga matches will be broadcast on Polsat sports channels and on Polsat Box Go.
