Klaudia Wnorowska is a new player of Polski Cukier AZS UMCS Lublin

Klaudia Wnorowska is a new player of Polski Cukier AZS UMCS Lublin

She played 26 matches in the league and averaged 12 points per match. She played 7 times in the European cups and her average points was 10.6.

Wnorowska has also played with an eagle on her chest. So far, she has played in youth national teams both indoors and outdoors. In the senior team, Karol Kowalewski, who has also been coaching Polski Cukier AZS UMCS for several months, only included her on the list of the broad squad.

Wnorowska is the second reinforcement of the Lublin team in the context of the upcoming season. The club previously signed Robbi Ryan. The American, most recently a basketball player for 1KS Ślęza Wrocław, was the best player of the regular season last season.

It is worth remembering that there are also many weaknesses in the Lublin team. It is already known that we will not see Aleksandra Stanaćev, Laura Miškinienė, Teana Muldrow and Batabe Zempare in academic colors. - We want to fight for something more and we have every argument for it. We are building the team based on players with strong character, but also those who will bring more quality to the team than last season. We respect every basketball player who represented our colors - it was not an easy season, full of challenges. We appreciate all the more the fact that we fought until the end for a medal - says Rafał Walczyk, president of AZS UMCS Lublin.
