Asseco Resovia's semi-final rival is now known! A sure victory in the rematch
Tours VB volleyball players defeated Knack Roeselare 3-0 in the return match of the quarter-finals of the CEV Cup. The first match ended with an away victory of Tours VB 3-2, which means that the team from France will play in the semi-finals with Asseco Resovia.
The guests started the match well (3:8), but the Tours VB volleyball players made up for the losses. The Belgian team had contact with their rivals in the final part (21:20), but the final part belonged to the hosts (25:21). The second part also brought an even competition, but this time the Tours VB team jumped ahead of their rivals and won confidently 25:19.

In the third set, the hosts continued to set the tone for the events on the court. They had an advantage in attack, added points with blocks and serves, and already in the middle part of this set they left their opponents behind. They did not let their advantage be taken away and won confidently 25:17.
Most points: Antoine Pothron (12) – Tours VB; Basil Dermaux (18) – Knack Roeselare. The hosts were more effective in attack, scoring better with the block (10–4); the guests made as many as 33 of their own errors (compared to 19 of their opponents).
In the semi-finals, the Tours VB volleyball players will play against Asseco Resovia. The team from Rzeszów, which is defending the trophy won in 2024, eliminated Fenerbahce Medicana Istanbul in the quarter-finals, winning twice 3:1 .
