The Regional Federal Amateur Tournament for Mendoza players begins

After nearly a year of waiting, the Regional Federal Amateur Tournament begins. This is the largest and most difficult category in Argentine soccer , with a large number of Mendoza teams fighting for promotion to the 2026 Federal A Tournament .

Mendoza football takes first place in the competition with the most teams representing it . The fourth tier of the AFA will liven up the weekend with seven great matches . There are competitions for all tastes and regions.

The privilege of kicking off will be Fundación Amigos del Deporte and Atlético Argentino , who will face off at Cóndor Stadium this Saturday at 11 a.m. At 5 p.m., it will be the turn of two southern teams: Ferro de Alvear and Huracán de San Rafael.

Sunday will be the main event, with five high-voltage duels . In the South, Vialidad Nacional and Pacífico de Alvear will face each other starting at 4 p.m., Rincón del Atuel will face Deportivo Malargüe starting at 4:30 p.m., and Sportivo Pedal will face Villa Atuel at 8 p.m.
