Damazo “N,” a former gymnastics coach accused of sexual offenses, is arrested in Nuevo León.

The Nuevo León Attorney General's Office announced this Friday the arrest of Damazo "N," accused of the crime of rape against former students when he was their instructor and they were minors.
One of the victims' attorneys, identified as Alejandro Roe, explained that there's a chance the former coach won't physically appear at the hearing scheduled for today and will be detained, or the judge will decide to postpone the hearing.
"I was informed that the order was executed, and we're going to show up for the hearing at 9 a.m. anyway. The judge will decide whether or not it goes ahead," he said.
