Summer Evenings Relay in Fucecchio: photos and race results

Fucecchio (Florence), July 10, 2025 – An evening of sport, passion, and solidarity set the heart of Fucecchio ablaze during the 14th Sera d'Estate Relay . The event, organized by "Run 10K - Atletica Fucecchio" and "GS Pieve a Ripoli," with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of "CCN Centro Commerciale Naturale," took place under the aegis of UISP, bringing the prestigious city relay circuit back to the historic center. The three 2.2 km legs featured spectacular handovers in the picturesque setting of Piazza Montanelli, packed beyond expectations with spectators and athletes. More than 100 relay teams from across Tuscany competed in an atmosphere brimming with enthusiasm and participation.

During the awards ceremony, the ETS Regalami un sorriso association donated its 210th defibrillator to the Municipality of Fucecchio, presented by Councilor Fabio Gargani. This tangible gesture of solidarity enriches the local community and strengthens the connection between sport and prevention. Organizer Ivano Libraschi expressed great satisfaction, emphasizing the event's outstanding success, both technically and in terms of participation.
