Juventus shareholders approve the new board of directors, with nine members, for a three-year term.

Juventus' shareholders' meeting approved the proposal to increase the number of members of the club's board of directors from five to nine and set the board's term of office at three years, which will therefore expire with the approval of the 2028 financial statements.

The shareholders also approved the appointment of Antonio Belloni, Gianluca Ferrero, Guido de Boer, Damien Comolli, Laura Cappiello, Fioranna Vittoria Negri, Kerstin Andrea Lutz, Diva Moriani, and Diego Pistone to the board of directors, appointed by the majority shareholder Exor.

For the first time since the club's IPO in 2001, a minority director, Francesco Garino, appointed by shareholder Tether, which holds an 11.5% stake, has joined the board of directors. Finally, the meeting confirmed Gianluca Ferrero as president of Juventus.
