The participation of the Udinese Sports Association in “Ginnastica in Festa 2025 – Summer Edition” ended with great satisfaction: the important national event held in Rimini and involving thousands of young athletes from all over Italy. The ASU gymnasts stood out in all the disciplines and categories in which they competed, winning a total of 6 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 2 bronze, as well as numerous important placings that confirm the high technical level of the Friulian company: «We are extremely proud of every single athlete who represented the ASU in this summer edition of Ginnastica in Festa – declared the president of the ASU, Alessandro Nutta –. Every exercise, every goal, every emotion shared on the platform tells of months of commitment, dedication and love for gymnastics. These results, beyond the medals, are the fruit of teamwork between athletes, coaches and families. Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone».

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS – In rhythmic gymnastics, one of the absolute protagonists was Stella Iacumin, who in the J2 LE Level category won three golds: in the all around, hoop and ribbon, outdoing 89 participants. Cristina Fabro also performed brilliantly, finishing sixth in the all around, but winning the national title in clubs in the same category. Among the students, Nicole Efros reached the podium in clubs, while Chiara Bernardis stood out with two important finals, finishing fourth in clubs, ninth in ball and sixth in the all around. Silver in clubs, in the LB1 students 3 category, also went to Chiara Francovigh. Greta Martinuzzi also took part with determination, reaching the ribbon final in the LB1 level (A4 category) with the sixth score out of over two hundred gymnasts. Also noteworthy are the positive performances of Elena Pilosio (LD S3) and Chiara Mariella (LB1 students 2).

WOMEN 'S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS – Excellent results also for women's artistic gymnastics, which saw 34 ASU athletes competing. A heterogeneous group in terms of age and experience, united by their passion for this sport. In the team competitions, the best placing came from the Allieve LD Avanzato team, with Agata Moreale, Sofia Capula, Ludovica Oleotto and Melani Velasquez who achieved an excellent third place. The LB Avanzato Junior/Senior team also did well, with Silvia Scarfagna, Federica Tecilla, Ginevra Schiavon and Beatrice Da Ros, who finished fifth out of 28 teams. In the individual competitions, Ginevra Schiavon stood out, national vice champion LC Base (Junior 2), and Matilde Pascolini, who placed fifth in LD Base (Junior 2). Also noteworthy are the excellent performances in the individual LA and LB Advanced categories: Amelia Sgobino became national champion (Allieve 2), followed by vice-champion Sofia Gelsomino. Silver also came for Elisabeth Morini (Allieve 2), while Aurora Dreossi almost reached the podium in the LC Base, finishing fourth out of one hundred participants. Fourth place also for Ottavia Zannier (LD advanced jr2). Sofia Capula also finished fifth in the LD Avanzato Allieve 5.

MEN’S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS – Men’s artistic gymnastics also provided great satisfaction: in individual competitions, Mattia Monte won the title of national champion in the LC Allievi 1 category, while Gabriele Perrone ranked fifth among the Juniors in the same category. In team competitions, the LC Allievi team composed of Tommaso Silvestri, Edoardo Di Benedetto, Massimo Lentini, Mattia Monte, Diego Corazza, Tommaso Sfiligoi, Edoardo and Tommaso Sfiligoi reached fourth place, just missing out on the podium.
