Five days have passed since the tragic road accident in which Liverpool footballer Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva lost their lives.

As the days go by, new details emerge about the dynamics of the fatal accident. The Lamborghini in which the two brothers were traveling was going at a high speed , undoubtedly well over the 120 km/h limit, then during an overtaking, the tire of one of the rear wheels burst , making the car uncontrollable until the tragic crash in which the two brothers died instantly.

The conclusion that the Lamborghini was traveling at a very high speed was reached by the marks left on the road surface by one of the wheels that then caught fire. Furthermore, according to the investigations carried out so far, it seems that Diogo Jota was driving the sports car . The Liverpool footballer and his brother were traveling along the A-52 towards Santander, where they were supposed to take a ferry to England. Jota had been advised not to take the plane because of a previous lung operation. The footballer leaves behind his wife, Rute Cardoso, whom he married just ten days earlier, and three young children.
