Kerry are Munster U20 football champions for the fourth year in-a-row thanks to a 2-15 to 1-10 win against Cork at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh last night.

Tomás Ó Sé’s lads dominated the first-half to run up a 1-8 to 0-3 lead by the break, with Killian Dennehy bagging their first goal in the 28th minute.

Ben Murphy’s point early in the restart made it a nine-point game ahead of Tomás Kennedy palming in Kerry’s second goal in the 33rd minute.

Aaron O’Sullivan sent over a two-pointer from a free for the Rebels seven minutes later, but they’d fall 14 points behind before Colm Clifford netted their goal with six minutes remaining.

A couple of late frees from beyond the arc via O’Sullivan Darragh Gough served to take some tarnish off the scoreline for the hosts ahead of Paddy Lane’s free at the other end wrapping up the holders’ tally.
